Downing Street Apartment

Our clients found a unique apartment in Soho with two amazing terraces.  The only drawback was the layout which didn’t take advantage of the unit’s potential.  But relocating a kitchen in NYC is no small feat.  Through some creative planning and good luck with a storage unit below the unit, we were able to completely reconfigure the apartment.

The result is a beautiful and functional apartment for a family and their art collection.
